In the event that you are unable to download the item you purchased or if you do not receive an email from us with instructions on how to complete your download, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 7 days from the date of your order, the item you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered.
If you receive an email from us with instructions on how to complete your download, your receipt of the email will constitute delivery by us of the item you purchased.
